I had a relatively large project, completely rebuilding a 1200sqft deck, plus replacing walls from water damage. Concept decks absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was thoroughly surprised with not only the responsiveness of the team, but the attention to detail. Instead of moving a light and leaving a hole in the fascia, they replaced the whole board; instead of just leaving the header board the way it was, they replaced the entire wall; everything was done better than just being able to pass inspection. Code should be their minimum standards! I would highly recommend concept decks for anyone looking to build a deck!!!
Great service from start to finish with the upmost professionalism. Renan came out and I went over what we wanted in replacing our existing patio and was very thorough in explaining the entire process. Once the project started everything went smoothly and his entire crew are one of the hardest working team you will find. A big thanks to Willis and his attention to detail and hard work.
We are very glad that we chose Concept Decks to build our screened porch and cement patio below. We were made aware of them by two of our neighbors who chose them and were very happy. The porch is very attractive, everything we hoped it would be. Renan is super easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. He is also very responsive with communications. Concept Decks will be by far the best decision you can make when it comes to having a Trex deck installed. I had a completely different view prior to installation of a Trex deck. It was only after I contacted Renan that I truly felt I went in the right direction. Upon calling him at Concept Decks he came out with his iPad In hand, asked me exactly exactly what I wanted to do, what colors I wanted, showed me everything on the iPad, and told me he’d submit his estimate over to me. I had three estimates, his was right in the middle, fair and honest pricing, however the other companies were all over the place, adding this and that, charging extra to dispose of materials... From the day they started, I realized how much work it really takes to truly have a deck installed correctly. The results were excellent. The workers were super friendly, respectful, and all about the business of doing their job, they took pride in their work. Concept Decks being a Trex Pro builder is a company you will not regret going to. I cannot say enough for the results of the deck that was built for us. We are totally 100% happy and satisfied. I’m not associated with nor have I ever done business with Concept Decks before but I will recommend this builder to everyone for the excellence that they provide. I’m attaching pictures of the deck, it came out super nice. Everything is perfect.
